About The Position

We’re looking for a hard-working and energetic marketing coordinator to join our growing marketing team. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to and support all marketing activities with lots of room for professional growth and learning on the job. Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing initiatives such as email, events, social media, or content marketing
  • Develop and oversee social media calendar and tracking
  • Assist with developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs, email marketing, and public relations efforts
  • Manage ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook), evaluate and monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports
  • Communicate with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing projects
  • Conduct market research, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  • Coordinate marketing and sales events, including overseeing logistics, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or related field
  • Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English -native/mother-tongue level
  • Familiarity with various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, and the desire and ability to learn new marketing methods and technologies
  • Experience building spread sheets and detailed tracking methods
  • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • Experience/familiarity with google ads, marketing automation, LinkedIn ads, and/or Facebook ads – big advantage
  • Aptitude to learn on the job and develop new skills through various online training
