About The Position

A data-driven marketing professional to lead and execute the marketing strategy for our products.

The ideal candidate for this position has previous background in B2B marketing of cybersecurity products. We are looking for a mid-level experienced marketing expert, with drive and motivation to build and execute marketing plans in a scaleup company. This will include supporting the sales efforts through creating marketing campaigns in social media platforms, working closely with product and innovation teams to build effective marketing collateral, and managing all external media communications. 

 Responsibilities

  •  Implement short and long-term marketing strategies in order to promote new products, increase brand awareness, lead generation and pipeline creation
  • Orcastrate all marketing related activities including collateral, digital marketing, events and creatives
  • Lead marketing communication and PRs
  • Track competitors activity and market conditions in order to adapt marketing strategies accordingly
  • Measure and report on the ROI of marketing campaigns, gain insights and assess against goals
  • Monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Support Sales effort and bring marketing creativity into sales processes
  • Collaborate with HR to orchestrate Employer Branding activities
  • Build, manage and lead a strong marketing team 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field of study
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with proven records as a marketing lead in global HiTech companies - a must.  
  • Exceptional verbal and writing skills - a must.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role
  • Proven success delivering measurable marketing results
  • History of building strong stakeholder alignment
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details
  • Strategic and creative thinker with problem solving abilities
  • Self-sufficient and comfortable working through ambiguity and with minimal supervision 
  • Team player and excellent relationship-builder
  • Native English speaker (or similar level)
