About The Position
We are looking for Technical Recruiter to join our growing team!
As technical recruiter you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for multiple positions.
- Following up with internal stakeholders to speed up the interview process.
- Improving our onboarding and training processes across the board.
- Employer branding projects- make our name glow while you hire!
- At least 2 years in technical recruitment or in a technical environment
- Experience interviewing candidates and assessing their skills, ability, and cultural fit.
- Experience sourcing through various channels and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results-oriented
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
- Must thrive and be able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in both Hebrew and English
