SAM is looking for a Financial Controller who is highly motivated and responsible, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast growing, dynamic environment in a highly innovative cyber security start-up in Tel Aviv.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for financial and tax reporting and will report to the VP Finance.

*Temporary replacement for maternity leave with a potential for more permanent position.

• Manage all month-end close processes.
• Responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial statements under US GAAP.
• Responsible for the company’s budget including monthly monitoring and analysis.
• Responsible for revenue recognition accuracy and completeness on a monthly base.
• Manage annual audits with the company’s external auditors.
• Oversee compliance with local law in the relevant jurisdictions including preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns, and other reports.
• Supervise the preparation of US tax reporting and filing.
• Cash flow management including billing, collection, and payments to vendors.
• Assist with company’s business plan, investors reporting requests, and BOD materials.
• Manage cash flow.
• Supervise an external bookkeeper.
