SAM is looking for a VP Product to lead our outbound activities. The VP Product will be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.

Responsibilities

  • Present the roadmap or individual features to customers, partners, and internal users.
  • Think strategically about the product vision and the company strategy to go beyond “how should it work” and “what should it look like” to “what should we do to make users’ experiences more valuable.”
  • Work closely with customers, prospects, and partners in order to identify and crystalize market pains and opportunities, making sure that our goals are aligned with users’ needs.
  • Hands-on work, going deep in technology area and being able to speak to the smallest details.
  • Take full responsibility and ownership of the product, from inception to production throughout the entire product lifecycle: market, data and user research, defining wireframes, scope, requirements, detailed specifications, product KPIs and metrics and development process.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years’ experience as product owner 
  • Experience with Telecommunications companies is a must
  • Experience with B2C product is a plus 
  • Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating that into the product development process 
  • Drive product analytics to understand feature usage, comprehension, and optimization
