About the Position:
SAM Seamless Network is looking for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper (Maternity Leave Replacement)to join our growing finance team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience as an in-house bookkeeper at one of the leading cybersecurity startups in Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills, eager to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for financial and accounting operations up to trial balance
- Manage month-end closing processes, including accruals and prepaid expenses
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, and invoice recordings
- Manage vendor payments
- Submit monthly reports to tax authorities and other institutions
- Review monthly payroll
- Record employee travel and expense reports
Requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience in high-tech or startup environments
- Certified Bookkeeper – Type 1+2 required; Type 3 – advantage
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel – required
- High level of English – required
- Experience with NetSuite – advantage
- Payroll specialist diploma – advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
