Business Development Manager

About The Position:

We are looking for a driven Business Developer Manager to join our fast-growing Sales Development Unit!

In this role, you will work closely with Marketing and Sales to help drive Sami’s solutions. You will develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound lead follow-up.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect into strategic business accounts - Using best practices to generate leads and growth
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with a prospective client
  • Help shape and build an automated outbound qualification process
  • Help managing technical tools and platforms, including CRM (Salesforce)
  • Analyze data and execute optimizations to scale revenues and reach campaign objectives
  • Generate business engagement for our conferences and online webinars


  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or related field
  • Prior experience in generating new leads, conducting cold calling, and customizing emails to a specific persona/ICP
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Strong analytical expertise and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience with tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.
  • Previous experience in B2B product company and/or Cybersecurity & Telco verticals - advantage
  • English -mother tongue level, additional languages – advantage
  • Experience with data analysis tools (BI, SQL, etc.) - advantage
