We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in identifying new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base.

Main Responsibility:
- Identify new opportunities, build partnerships, acquire new clients, and contribute to business growth and expansion.
- Ensure that SAM achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings and revenue targets.
- Create, manage, and execute profitable programs, offers, and value propositions to establish new customer relationships and grow revenue.
- Convince existing customers to market shared solutions and enhance their investment in the relationship with SAM.
- Serve as the spokesperson for the company within the region.
- Develop and execute regional launch plans for new product releases, ensuring that target customers are engaged and supportive.
- Work with the marketing team to adjust positioning, messaging, and tactics to align with the local environment.
- Collaborate with management to set achievable regional targets, oversee the effectiveness of sales activities, and make necessary adjustments to improve results.
- Maintain accurate monthly revenue forecasts to guide investment and marketing decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in Sales from a technology product company
- Must demonstrate track record of finding and building own pipeline of leads.
- Ability to identify and assess new direct and indirect sales opportunities within the region.
- Experience selling to Telco
- Must be able and willing to work in a start-up environment, where a strong self-starter / self-learning mentality is necessary
- Possessor quickly develop sufficient technical knowledge and industry insight to be able to understand customer adoption, product preference, and technical features of the security software product line, so that they can be translated into compelling programs
